These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the 787win platform ("787win", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at the domain 787win.cam. By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 787win platform. Continued access to or use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on 787win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are a natural person aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction — at the time of registration.
2. You have the legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into binding contracts.
3. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of account registration or while placing bets or accessing the Platform.
4. You are not acting on behalf of a third party; you are registering for your own personal, non-commercial use.
5. You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was suspended, terminated or self-excluded.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent or direct family member of an employee of the Operator or any associated group company.
7. You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction and that 787win does not represent or warrant that use of this Platform is lawful in your location.

Each User may hold only one Account on the 787win platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or household Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances held therein.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity;
• Ensuring that no other person — including minors under 18 — has access to your Account or the device on which it is active;
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 787win support immediately via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. 787win is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the User failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

787win is obligated to conduct identity and age verification in accordance with the requirements of its operating license. The KYC process may be triggered at account registration, before the first withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit or transaction thresholds, or at any time at the Operator's reasonable discretion.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, driving licence);
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement not older than three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet, bank statement);
• Source of funds documentation where applicable under the Operator's AML procedures.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe upon request may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality or, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, account suspension. 787win handles all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

787win accepts deposits via payment methods displayed in the Cashier section of the platform at the time of deposit. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, and processing times are subject to change without prior notice. Users are encouraged to verify current payment options within their Account Cashier before initiating a transaction.

Familiar payment method names referenced on this platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT — are cited as contextual references for Pakistani users only. These references do not imply that those payment providers endorse, support, or are affiliated with 787win or any gambling activity.

• Deposits must be made from payment instruments that are registered in your own name and match your verified Account details.
• Third-party deposits — where funds originate from an account not held by the registered User — are strictly prohibited and may trigger account review.
• 787win does not accept deposits intended for money laundering, fraud, or any other illicit purpose. Suspected cases will be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Deposit limits may be set by the User via responsible gambling tools or imposed by the Operator at its discretion.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC completion, satisfaction of all applicable bonus wagering requirements, account standing requirements, and the Operator's internal processing procedures. 787win does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times.

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 787win Account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal request, including for anti-fraud and AML compliance purposes.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per time period, as displayed in the Cashier section at the time of the request.
• Where a bonus is active on an Account and wagering requirements have not been met, withdrawal of the bonus-related portion of the balance may not be permitted until conditions are fulfilled.
• If an Account is under review, withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of that review.
• The Operator may deduct applicable fees where stated in the Cashier. Fee schedules are displayed per payment method at the time of withdrawal.

787win may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits and other incentives ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply to all Bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. Eligibility criteria are stated per promotion and may include residency, deposit method, deposit amount and account standing requirements.
• Each promotion is available once per person, household, IP address, device, payment method and email address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• Bonuses have expiry periods — stated per promotion. Unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings expire and are forfeited at the end of the applicable period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are stated per promotion. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply when wagering with Bonus Funds. Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
• 787win reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any Bonus at any time. Where a Bonus is cancelled before completion of wagering requirements, any Bonus Funds (but not deposits) may be removed from the Account.

Specific rules governing individual sports betting markets, casino games, live casino titles and other gaming products are published within those product sections of the 787win Platform. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you agree to the applicable product rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance, except where a specific "cash out" feature is explicitly available for that market and exercised before the event concludes.
• In the event of a technical error — including server failure, software malfunction or data corruption — 787win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. No additional compensation will be provided in such circumstances.
• The Operator reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was known to the User at the time of placing the bet ("past posting").
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per event and per market, as displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• 787win makes no representation or warranty regarding the availability of any specific sport, league, game, casino title or market. Content availability may change without notice.
• References to cricket betting markets (PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments) on this platform are for informational context only. 787win has no official partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any affiliated national team.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 787win Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance and, where required, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating or benefiting from more than one Account.
• Bonus abuse: Using systematic strategies to exploit bonus terms, including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts, using automated software to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other users to abuse promotions.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Third-party deposits or withdrawals: Processing financial transactions through payment instruments not held in your own name.
• Fraud and identity misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, submitting forged or altered identity documents, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users in live casino or card game formats to gain unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated mechanism to place bets, interact with casino games or navigate the Platform in place of manual human interaction.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, pricing error, odds error or technical malfunction to gain unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder, conceal or transfer funds of illegal origin.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or transmit any Platform content;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or technology underpinning the Platform;
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from the Operator;
• Use automated scraping, crawling or data-extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 787win and its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or any other economic loss;
• Interruptions, errors, delays or failures in Platform performance due to circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, third-party server outages, force majeure events or regulatory actions;
• The content, accuracy or availability of any third-party services referenced on or linked from the Platform;
• Gambling losses incurred by the User in connection with the use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

787win reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity misrepresentation or prohibited conduct;
• The User fails to complete KYC within a reasonable period of request;
• The Account is subject to a self-exclusion request;
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the User's payment provider without prior communication with 787win support;
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandate the restriction or closure of the Account.

Upon account closure, verified Real Money Funds (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will generally be returned to the User via their verified payment method, subject to any ongoing investigation, outstanding KYC requirements or applicable deductions. The timeline for return of funds following account closure is subject to the Operator's processing procedures.

A User may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Requests to re-open a self-excluded Account will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period as determined by the Operator's responsible gambling policy.

The collection, use, storage and processing of personal data by 787win is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

Personal data submitted during registration and KYC is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance and the provision of support services. We do not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

787win reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users, which may take the form of an on-screen notification upon next login or an update to the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in §14.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Operator's license jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits the rights of Users to bring claims before consumer protection authorities or other regulatory bodies available to them under the mandatory laws of their own jurisdiction.
